Finally some sushi that I would want to eat, lol. I don’t know what the Genki sushi man would have to say about this, but I am loving it. Another creative way to use colorful sweets to make a beautiful delight to serve your friends.
FYI: I asked the manager of a Genki sushi in Honolulu why Mr. Genki looks so mad, he explained to me “he’s not angry, he’s determined.”
